User Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
Option 1: Remove the app from Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and websites.
- Find Ahanaverse AI and click Remove.
- Tick the option to delete your activity, then confirm.
Facebook will notify us automatically, and we will delete the data we received from Facebook for your account. You will receive a confirmation code you can use to check the status of your request.
Option 2: Submit a request to us
Use the form on this page, or email privacy@ahanaverse.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the email address or Facebook name linked to your account.
What we delete
We permanently delete your account and profile information, the data we received from Facebook (such as your name, email address, profile picture and user ID), and content you created in our apps. We complete deletion within 30 days and delete backup copies on their normal rotation cycle.
We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example invoices and tax records) or to prevent fraud. These are kept securely and deleted when no longer required.
