Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.ahanaverse.com and the applications and services provided by Ahanaverse AI Innovations (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U62011WR2026OPC296037) (“we”, “us”), including the Ahanaverse AI application on Facebook and other Meta platforms (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services. If you create an account or sign in with a third-party service such as Facebook, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. The information you give us must be accurate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
  • upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful or misleading;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Services;
  • use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Services without our written permission;
  • use the Services to send spam or to impersonate any person or organisation;
  • violate the terms and policies of Facebook, Instagram or any other platform through which you access the Services.

4. AI-generated output

Some Services use artificial intelligence to generate text, images, recommendations or other output. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. It is provided for information only and is not professional (legal, medical, financial or other) advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide the Services to you. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.

6. Our intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them.

7. Client projects, fees and payments

Custom development, consulting, marketing and training work is governed by a separate proposal, quotation or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms for that work. Paid products and subscriptions are billed as stated at the time of purchase through authorised banking and payment channels. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

8. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Facebook, Google or payment gateways. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is higher.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your data through our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you continue to use the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
